Shared Creation

In much of Wales and England today is a snow day. We have a rare covering of snow. A great deal of the country is grinding to an absolute halt. Everything is frosted in deep crunchy whiteness. For the artist, photographer and film maker it is a rare chance to get some great Winter shots. So if you are at home, unable to get work or school and getting all cosy with a cup of chocolate think about the opportunities all around you. Make use of the snow. It is a creative opportunity.

• If you make film – get some stock footage!


• If you write – get waxing lyrical!

If the snow has given you some time – make the best use of it you can.- in this country you never know when a chance for real winter scenes will come along so don't waster a good one.

I also urge you when taking up this challenge to exercise caution. Do not put yourself or anyone else in any kind of danger.
