A Project to create a short Fan Horror Film in the style of a classic George A. Romero zombies film.

This film is at an early stage and needs considerable help to come into being. A small crew and cast is being assembled. At the moment the exact script, storyline and tone of the film is underconsideration.
Please let it be known if you can help with this project

First Post!!!! Wooo-Hoo!!!
Recap
This is just a recap - it’s where I believe The Living Dead project was prior to this major update in Shared Creation.
We have a possible script writer who wants to determine the tone, style and possible running length. We also have a story idea regarding young offenders trapped in a country house.
We have some cast volunteers - who could act in this story. Who also want to confirm the nature of the film.
We need to determine who would be best place to make the decisions and take on the major production roles such as Director, Producer etc.
Personally I’d like to work as producer. I’ve got some skills in organisation and feel that this is a good place for me. We need to confirm Director. Keith looks best placed for this role.
Over to everyone.
Quite happy to be writer/director. Working on the treatment right now. My time is limited though so also happy to share directing with anyone else that wants in. If we have a shooting script and story boards this shouldn't be a problem. Story board artist anyone?
Thanks to DevlinCarnate for taking on script and directing roles. I’ve been meeting with other project members (Keith and Captain Heart) over the weekend. They are happy with the current arrangement of responsibilities. The point of story board artist is a good one. We do need someone to create story-boards.
On a resources note Captain Heart is looking into the possibility of gaining some technical resources (cameras and the like) from a local college. Hand video camera’s are also seen as important and have been volunteered (by Seawolf) in creating certain looks and feels to the film.
The idea of sharing directing is also a good one - especially as time is limited. I can foresee the use of unit teams taking on different shooting responsibilities being used. This helps reduce time on hired locations. Also ‘guest’ direction of certain scenes makes some sense.
Any comments on cameras, directing, and story boards are appreciated at this point.

If you need some crew then give me a shout. My usual roles are as director and editor but would gladly help out if you need me in another role.
Hi Alun - would be glad of some help. At the moment we're setting up liasons with people, polishing up the script and doing some planning. I've got some important meets over the next week or so - can hopefully give you some more news once over these.
Good stuff. Any chance I can have a quick read of the script? I'm interested to see where you'd like to take the zombie genre to.
The script is still being polished. Forgive my reluctance to post it but I'm still working out plot-holes, etc. and I don't really want to display something that's half-finshed. Just think of me as a finicky writer :)
Fair enough pal - I understand completely. How about a synopsis then?
