Recently I had a need for some free stock music. It wasn’t long before I was exploring Jamendo.com. Its a music download site, that specializes in licensing music under the terms set out by the Creative Commons licenses.

If you’re not aware of the Creative Commons let me explain and point you at their web site. Simply put the Creative Commons offers very simple license terns for the free sharing of creative materials. Its a boon for any one needing to source material and not have to worry about the cost but with a need to give credit where due. The concept behind Creative Commons is very useful.

Back to Jamendo. It is a wonderful set of music, that is easy to use, easy to download from - wonderful for aspiring film-makers.
