Joost Opens it Doors
Once upon a time I may have mentioned Joost. Now I have to as it doors are open to the public and not just those interested in Beta Invites.
First of all what is Joost? Well it is a video sharing and download site. It is free to use and contains a lot of content - so the difference between it and YouTube is… Legal access to films and TV shows in their entirety. It’s content wages wildly from Star Trek films to user created content. It’s a little bit like a weird and oddball cross between YouTube and Satellite Television. That makes it interesting. Through its show manager you handle no budget, low budget and huge budget content. Its a place where the new creator can exist with the establishment. Or where the weird mixes with the mundane. It is part of the new opening up in media that is going on.
So if you fancy another outlet for your material - or watching some interesting material - take a look - you may find it interesting
