12 Years on The Web
That’s almost a geological age in Intenet terms.
Absolute Arts one of the webs first arts websites was established way back in 1995. It’s still around and as popular as ever. In other words 12 years of continuous online arts service. It’s an achievement of some magnitude and worthy of celebration.
Originally created by Arts Administration/Education graduate student, Markus Kruse. Absolute Arts started as a search engine for the arts but grew into the fullest and most complete arts resource on the Web. Today its a place for news, exhibition, information, sales, debate and exploration. Something that is relevant to both arts professional and enthusiast alike. Quite an achievement, but then with 12 years of experience behind it perhaps not entirely unexpected.
So its a big happy birthday for Absolute Arts. May it enjoy another 12 years of success.
