Mix the Vids
I’ve just discovered eyespot.com. On the face of it this is another YouTube clone. Then you realise the difference and it is a biggee…
Eyespot has an online tool that let’s you combine media. Now you can mix videos, photographs and music together. So far so cool. Now it gets even cooler. You can create edits using other peoples work. So you can make a video entirely from content posted to Eyespot, or combine it with your own material to build a brand new mix.
In other words the creative possibilities here are enormous.
As a nice touch you can also download mixes made on Eyespot for your own usage.
I can’t state the scope of potential here for creating really original work or for getting access to material you may not be able to shoot yourself.
Of course if you do not want to see your own work being altered this is not the place to post it; but if you want to see what others can do with your material - great!
